Warehouse Assistant Jobs

Job Description

• Support day to day operation in warehouse. E.g Manual packing of goods for shipping & invoicing
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices and packing list for forwarders/couriers booking arrangement
• Perform transaction and system update
• Liaise with operation, sales & asset team on order fulfilment and deliveries
• Coordinates with transporter/forwarder/couriers for delivery
• Admin duties such as data entry and filling of documents and collate reports
• Perform others job as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• At least Secondary Education Above
• Able to lift at least 20kg of carton
• Able to work OT when required
• At least 2 year working experience
• Training provided
• Knowledge of warehouse barcode system & Microsoft Outlook ,e.g. Email/MS Excel
