Job Detail

A reputable FMCG MNC company is looking for Warehouse Assistant. This is a 1-2 years contract with the possibility to renew or convert to permanent position.

Location: AlexandraWork days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)Salary: Basic $2300 – $2500 plus OT

Annual Leave : 14 daysMedical and hospitalization leave – per MOM guidelinesEntitlements : (1) Meal allowance for work beyond 9pm (2) Transportation (cost of taking a taxi from the office to home) for work beyond 9pm.

(3) Full medical benefits provided.

Job Description:

• Assist in the daily issuance and stocks to Sales Representatives and receiving balance stocks from them at the end of the day end. • Receive incoming stocks and pack/store them properly, with First-In-First-Out practices.• Prepare and arrange stocks according to distribution plan for the Sales Representatives.• Perform housekeeping duties in relation to maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring a clean and conducive environment for storage.• Assist in other duties such as stock destructions, market returns etc.

Job Requirements: • Candidates must possess Secondary/O’level/Nitec qualifications.• At least 2 years of related working experience preferred.

• Possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel. • Preferably PC literate.• Able to work shift hours: 7am-4pm / 12pm-9pm / 10am-7pm (with transport arrangements by company for 7am shift)
