Job Detail

Key Responsibilities

• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals
• Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories, and illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Design for accessibility standards
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirementsWhat we’re looking for
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, at least 3 years of experience
• Portfolio of design projects
• Good team player
• Good organisational skills
• Meticulous attention to details and good problem solving skills
• Good presentation and listening skills
