Job Detail

This is 6-9 months contract role with a possibility of extending or converting to a permanent role.Responsibilities:

• Provide FP&A support;
• Identify and understand business challenges;
• Dive deeply into financial data, market analysis / benchmarking to provide additional insights;
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and market data, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Create variance analysis reports and financial models;
• Manages financial planning, budgeting and forecasting;
• Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives;
• Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Must have at least 6 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
• Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
• Ability to work independently and closely with stakeholders
