We are looking for up to three Strategy Analysts (Intern) who will work as a team to help us undertake a detailed study of market entry plans, new product launch, customer insights as well as technology investments. We are prepared to consider candidates from a variety of disciplines and courses such as MBA, Computing/Data science, UI/UX, Food Science, Finance, Marketing and Engineering.


  • Identify and/or reframe The GrowHub’s mission into objectives and specific goals
  • Provide in depth analytical support for senior management’s decision-making process, such as the risks and opportunities in each of the growth and investment opportunities
  • Leverage public and proprietary data to develop insights into recommendations and concrete steps to realise The GrowHub’s goals
  • Work with technology, marketing, finance, sales and operations to evaluate and manage win/loss data to understand and quantify customer decisions
  • Explain and decode food ingredients and certifications for these to be understood by various targeted consumer groups
  • Propose and develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against KPIs and market dynamics
  • For more complex decisions, supplement analysis with models and timely analytics to understand sensitivity to key independent variables
  • Serve as subject matter expert (resource) to management and stakeholders
  • Identify potential business issues and develop contingency plans to effectively mitigate risks
  • Create pricing models capturing the value proposition that drives clear ROI to key customers and stakeholders

Requirements: –

  • Creative thinker who demonstrates a history of delivering conclusive recommendations when doing research
  • Problem solver who is able to work independently and under pressure
  • Able to prepare a professional presentation to communicate with external investors and stakeholders; with targeted messages for each audience
  • (Preferred) Study/Experience with SQL and R Language software and systems
  • (Preferred) Study/Experience with frameworks, statistics, UX and algorithm design
  • Enjoy listening to people, comfortable with toggling different perspectives
  • Able to commence work from late Nov 2022/early Jan 2023 and to commit for a period of at least 3 months (negotiable on a case by case basis)
