Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees all bookings to ensure that they are handled efficiently
• Provides feedback to supervisors about the products and services supplied by vendors to assist in vendor evaluations
• Attending to Customer’s complaints and carry out corrective or preventive actions together with the supervisors
• Perform procedures/treatments and nursing care for outpatients and staff
• Attends to ambulance call and goes out to fetch the patient when required
• Ensures that stocks are replaced daily by pharmacy.
• Admits patients and carries out all investigations as ordered by doctor
• Co-ordinates with the nursing and para-medical departments in providing for the patients’ needs
• Compiles screening reports
• Be cross-deployed to other outpatient clinics and cover duties of clinic staff during their absence

Job Requirements

• State Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Health Sciences (Nursing) or equivalent from a recognized institution
• At least 3 years’ of related working experience in patient care in hospital or clinic setting
• Able to work on 3 rotating shifts or permanent night shift including Public Holidays and weekends (depending on roster)
