Your new responsibilities

  • Work closely with NPI team/customers to finalize testing process specifications, work instruction and formulate testing processes control plan and procedures
  • Work with NPI team and vendors to carry out test tooling bring-up, qualification and buyoffs, develop enablers to improve testing tooling efficiency
  • Oversee test yield and troubleshoot the testing process problems, conduct failure analysis and carry out continuous improvement to achieve yield, quality and cost goals
  • Work with various stakeholders (NPI, cross functional teams, customer and vendor) to release new testers timely with good tester-to-tester correlations

What we look for

  • Bachelor above in electrical/electric and mechatronic engineering
  • 7+ years’ experience in mass production and manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Six sigma, GRR, DOE, FMEA, SPC is preferred
  • Experience of Semiconductor testing process and tooling is an added advantage
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and problem solving skills
  • Be self-driven, results-oriented and organized individual
