Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Management Firm/ Investment
- Position Title: Business Development Manager (SME Loan)/ SME Loan Sales Consultant
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Thursday – 9 am to 6:30 pm; Friday, 9 am to 6:00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $5,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus + Insurance + Festival Gifts + Vouchers
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of SME loan financing and other various loan products
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Maintain and renew existing client network and professional relationships aligned with the company goals
- Constant monitoring and review of loan portfolios
- Preparing loan proposals for credit approval
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Assist in Collections – follow up with customers who default on payments

- Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance or related with at least 5 years of work experience in SME banking/finance
