Job Description:

Receive, prepare and issue Manufacture Order Sheet to Production Control

To arrange & coordinate shipping schedule & related matters with shipping company & forwarder

Coordination with offices worldwide in receiving orders and preparing shipment

To prepare all necessary shipping documents

To handle all matters relating to Letter of Credit negotiation

To prepare all appropriate reports (Order, Shipment, Backlog, etc) on timely basis

To join meeting relevant to machine orders and shipment

Provide update & reports to manger

Job Requirement:

Diploma in Shipping or Logistic or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Knowledge of shipping & Letter of Credit processing & negotiation
