Job Detail
Responsibilities:
- On-site service as Service Engineer
- Attend to any technical complaints and application questions from customers
- To report to Service Dept for any unresolved issues and pending matters.
- Maintenance, Repair and Servicing.
- Able to fault finding and troubleshoot machine issues independently
- Able to issue service report accurately and independently
- Purchase and sourcing spare parts if needed
- Maintain good condition of tools and accessories regularly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the DepartmentRequirement:
- At least 3 years’ experience with Chillers and Dryers
- Willing to work with own hands
- A good team player with drive and initiative
- Highly motivated self-starters, analytical and logical
- Willing to learn and take responsibility
- Experience in brazing is a bonus
- Basic understanding of P&ID and Electrical drawing
