Job Detail

Job Scope

• Manage and oversee operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle and resolve customers’ enquiries and complaints effectively
• Manage and supervise the staff in terms of cleanliness, customer service, drinks preparation
• Plan and schedule shifts to optimise efficiency and minimise cost
• Purchase supplies and oversee use of beverages with minimum waste
• Control cost and optimise revenue
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Execute business development / marketing initiatives
• Perform any other work related tasks assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a supervisor in a F&B environment
• Proficient in MS Office i.e. Word and Excel
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Singaporean / PR

• 44 hours work week (will be required to work on weekends)
