Reporting to the Detention & Demurrage Manager, the Senior Executive/Executive is to ensure accuracy of D&D dues in the operational system, correcting of post waiver process adjustments, monitoring of D&D debts, monitor invoices timeline, facilitate settlements, providing guidance to agencies and others.

Ensure accuracy of agency D&D dues, accuracy of the operational system and correct post waiver process adjustments

Monitor to Be Invoiced D&D are cleared within appropriate deadline

Monitor aging of D&D debt, review and performance analysis (A104 report & CRP) at agency level to identify root causes of variances, coordinate between agencies and commercial/sales to resolve blockages and facilitate settlements and escalate as required in keeping with ANL escalation policy

D&D A107 monitor invoice timeliness and push for improvement accordingly to the group requirement

D&D A112 (Rejected/On-hold) monitor the report to ensure all transactions are in keeping with ANL D&D policy

D&D A070 to review unauthorised changes in LARA and escalate as required in keeping with ANL escalation policy

Provide guidance to overseas agents on system troubleshooting in relation with demurrage/detention matter

Agency audits assigned by HO D&D Manager

Monitor idle full situation on weekly basis, and close follow up on +60 days idling shipments

Prepare Monthly Idling Report for ANL line management to review

Review and provide recommendation for long idle shipment to Management

Other relevant ad-hoc tasks, as and when assigned


Any relevant Diploma or Degree

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Well versed with MS Office application, MS Excel, MS Words, MS Excel PowerPoint

Problem solving, troubleshooting and data analytics skill
