Job Detail

Due to an increase in Sales and continuing plans for growth; we are seeking a recent Graduate to join our team in Singapore on a permanent basis.

The main aspects of the position will include you facilitating/coordinating with the sales team for pre and post sales activities. You will also undertake administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved.


1. Coordinate sales activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

2. Administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • generating quotes
  • preparing RFP proposals and finish material submissions
  • coordinating with suppliers for details, pricing, and finish material samples
  • ensuring quotations, technical drawings, renderings and LTF are accurate
  • reviewing tender RFP documents, liaising with internal and external parties to obtain information required for tender RFP submissions
  • assisting with marketing events, A&D initiaitives, invitations and RSVP confirmation
  • attending sales meetings, summarizing meeting minutes
  • following up with SRN, Project team, OFT, PA and other divisions on actions and next steps
  • ensuring project deadlines, site markings and client requests are submitted in a timely manner
  • preparing relevant presentation materails and supporting on project mockups
  • updating stakeholder databases, and building mapping

3. EDI include gathering and completing details required to fulfill order submissions.

4. Working with related parties on tracking lead times/ETA updates to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

5. Coordinate with Project team to ensure snag list is closed and projects are handed over.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Ensuring RFPs are submitted accurately and on time.

2. EDI is completed correctly and on time.

3. Organizing business development, marketing events and A&D initiatives.

4. Proficient in PPT, Microsoft excel and word.

5. Achieving team goals with positive mind set.
