Due to Val-Technik’s plan to increase its presence and expand its business, we are looking for a responsible and committed Sales Coordinator in you.

You will be based in Singapore, and will be responsible for coordinating information (as in enquiries, questions or issues) between the customers and the relevant internal stake holders and also for coordinating information (as in pricing and product availability) between the company and suppliers/partners. Your role’s main focus is to maintain the effectiveness of our communications to ensure that the sales of the company is maintained by responding in a timely and accurate manner to customers and suppliers alike. Your first task is to familiarize yourself with and achieve a complete grasp of the primary business process in order to perform your duties and also to be ready to support any function of the primary business process in the event you are needed. In addition, you will perform any secondary functions that the Business Administration Executive might assign you to. You are part of the Operations Team and will report to the Business Administration Executive and from time to time the Managing Director for sales related affairs.

Specific Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to the day-to-day customer enquiries, questions, and issues in a timely and accurate manner to ensure the annual sales of the company is at least maintained.
  • Coordinate and execute procurement of products and materials from supplier(s).
  • Support any function of the primary business process when needed.
  • Support any task(s) that the Business Administration Executive assigns to you.
  • Support the Business Development and Sales Team whenever they need you.
  • Conduct sourcing when customers are requesting for products that we do not normally stock.
  • Create and manage a list of existing contacts of companies and associated products for all existing sourcing activities and new ones.
  • Effectively communicate all information that you have obtained or created to your direct report and the management.


  • You have obtained an ITE Nitec, ITE Higher Nitec, academic diploma in engineering or business.
