Reporting Superior’s Title : Admin ManagerCo-ordinates with : Sales and WarehouseJob SummarySupport of office sales administrative work.Attending to phone calls and emails on inquiries from customers.To process quotations and orders and to coordinate on logistics and deliveries.Duties & Responsibilities• Handle day-to-day corresponding emails between suppliers and customers• Process sales enquiries, generate quotations & consolidate orders• Be the point of contact between the warehouse and sales team• Compile and prepare shipping documents for exportation-Experience in handling/checking LC is required• Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support Sales Managers and ExecutivesJob Requirements: Qualifications & Experience• Diploma in relevant fields or minimum ‘A’ level certificate with similar working experience• At least 2 years of relevant experience• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)• Fluent in English & Mandarin (Both written & spoken)• Highly organized and able to prioritise workloads• Knowledge in sales and shipping/logistics is required• Singaporean only• Able to commence work immediatelyInterested applicants please submit an updated resume and a recent photo in MS Word format to: [ Email address blocked ]
