Restaurant Bar & Service Manager

The Service/Bar Manager ensures the proper execution of the restaurant’s service & marketing operations, by leading team members to deliver the highest quality of service, food and beverages to the restaurant’s guests. The Service/Bar Manager represents the image of the restaurant in front of the guests, employees and management.

Detailed Duties:

• Overall responsible for the service & marketing operations of the restaurant
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
• Manage marketing programs & promotions in working with chefs, under supervision of management
• Manage beverage sales and stocks including ordering.
• Organize and supervise scheduling of food service personnel
• Ensure proper working condition of all outlet equipment, and prepare equipment defect list for management review (if any)
• Ensure outlet cleanliness upkeep according to required standards
• Ensure safekeeping of company properties including physical cash
• Prepare daily report of sales
• Ensure all documents for accounting are uploaded on weekly basis and at month-end
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar restaurant environment
• Team-player with good interpersonal & communications skills
• Possess service-oriented attitude and ability to connect with customers
• Possess high professional ethics and a keen eye for details
