Your role as the Regional TPM Manager

The role encompasses 3 key areas of responsibility important in reaching World Class Performance and aligned with Regional & Global Supply Chain (SC) Strategy namely – Management of Regional TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) program, Regional SC (Supply Chain) Safety program and Regional Sustainability roadmaps.

The Regional TPM Manager will take ownership to build TPM of the future by combining TPM and Connected Brewery. Additionally, you will identify, initiate and follow up on potential improvements in the TPM program, supply chain plan ,quality of Roadmaps and regional safety team across all the Operating Companies (OpCos) in APAC.

Who we look for

Expert in continuous improvement methodologies or tools with experience developing programmes in extended supply chains who has worked on continuous improvement programs as a factory manager or plant manager.

Experience of managing strategic continuous improvement programs across multiple countries and sites with 10 years of relevant experience with 5-7 years of broad exposure in supply chain management.
