Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearheading sales strategic direction and plan, collaboratively developing and executing this with the cross-functional teams, with the aggressiveness on growth and increasing market share.
- Ability to build and enhance client relationships, especially with C-Suites clients both existing and new clients/accounts – new business development and revenue growth will be highly critical to the success of this role.
- Establish a structured sales methodology and process, including opportunity validation, pursuit & closure, and a strong sales operating cadence. Optimize sales tools and provide greater visibility and actionable data for targeted sales efforts.
- Deliver strong customer value propositions, drive market-facing messages and pricing approaches for current and future products and services.
- Take full ownership and be responsible of the sales pipeline for all new prospects and existing clients at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Provide regular sales reports, and forecasts and set clear milestones (monthly / quarterly / annual), and be accountable for all sales & key accounts strategies across the teams.
- Be on regional market trends and participate in decisions with intention of business expansion or overseas acquisition.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the top management.
- Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and aggressively do sales.
- High-Level Business Professional Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- 5+ years of work experience in technology sales, with at least 2+ years of experience in people management with the capability of building a high-performance team.
- Proven track records of top sales performer for companies, be it individual and/or leading a team.
- Solution / consultative selling of the company’s products.
- Multi-geography experience across 4 to 5 distinct markets
- Wide sales exposure in the Southeast Asia Regions.
- Proven track record of closing large and complex deals (i.e. long sales cycle, multiple decision-makers with large deal value)
- Has demonstrated on growth through channel partnerships/ strategic alliances.
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal and cultural assimilation skills
- Proficient in all MS office applications, CRM and other relevant applications
- Flexible to travel around the regions.
