Regional Finance Assistant Jobs

Reports To:

This position will be based in Singapore and reports directly to the Head of Finance.

Job Overview:

The Finance Department serves as a shared service centre to provide critical support to group companies in the region and the Finance Assistant is an integral part in providing this support on a timely and efficient basis. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with International colleagues and learn from each other.

To excel in this role, you should be a motivated self-learner, have an inquisitive mind, good time management skill and be proficient with software like MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with timely monthly closing
• Prepare reports for regional companies
• Verify and post purchase invoices
• Reconcile broker statements
• Check for accuracy of bank statements
• File/e-file documents
• Manage petty cash and staff claims
• Backup Recep when necessary
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirement:

• Diploma in Finance or Accountancy
• Preferably 3 years relevant experience
• Principles of Account, MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Able to work independently and a keen eye for details
• Comfortable with matrix reporting
• Only Singaporeans
