JOB DESCRIPTIONAs an ISM Professional in the Material Management team, you will develop and execute a holistic strategy and be part of a global team dedicated to support all Front End and Back End manufacturing locations.In this role you will participate in the implementation and adherence of the global Material Management strategy. Ensuring the right parts are delivered at the right place at the right time.This includes expediting and escalation of delivery issues as required to ensure continuity of manufacturing operations. Order adjustments with suppliers due to scheduling or availability changes.Coordinating order placement and PO adjustments with Business Enablement Team. Ensuring department compliance to company policies and departmental procedures. You will be responsible for providing input back to leadership on the building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects. Work with direct and cross-functional teams to implement and execute global strategic direction for FE and BE manufacturing sites. Implement inventory specific savings levers such as vendor stocking, supplier managed, consignment programs, along with maintaining proper stocking levels. Communicate global materials status, trends, and results to the ISM Director along with all pertinent stakeholders Monitor and adjust global inventory to support production service level, which includes SS and ROP adjustments and material obsolesces. Actively participate in Weekly Work review meetings to measure and monitor performance to identified KPI’s through aligned metrics Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction. Using DTWP/DTWM, Stocking Violation Report, and CCB Process. Drive customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement Maintain close interaction with procurement category teams to ensure category-related needs are addressed Follow corporate business initiatives, align your individual goals to business objectives, and drive towards high performance within your team and the department. Manage Delivery Scheduling and Order Release Ensure sufficient materials to support site build plans – schedule right QTY of material from a vendor for arrival at specified date at specified site Support pull in requests that has impact to wafer loading, and expedite deliveries Update orders to support site pull-ins, build adds/expedites, or push-outs as required by site build schedule Block materials due to quality issues; release or reorder based upon MRB Ensure stakeholder requirements are met Sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholdersThe CANDIDATE Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Business. Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management etc. Experience in purchasing/procurement or Supply Chain. Fluent business English; Good knowledge of SAP for Materials Management is required for this position. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills is strongly preferred.
