Project Manager Jobs

Responsibility:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include project scopes, tasks, timelines, budgets, and key activities
• Be a document controller for the projects
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the projects/ software development lifecycle (SDLC); enforce and redefine as necessary
• Work with the development team to ensure that they understand the user requirement specifications; prepare technical documents/ workflow diagrams for the developers, if need
• Manage, track and articulate issues/risks/action items; work with respective department to address issues and provide updates to CTO
• Work with CTO and assign and support technical team members to translate business needs into IT requirements,
• Ensure project steps are aligned to business objectives, meet deadlines
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed, designed, implemented, integrated, verified, and tested to meet the quality standards and operation’s needs
• Contribute towards strategic planning of technology solutions
• Enforce proper release and continuous compliance with technology governance standards

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business/Finance or related field
• Profound IT knowledge in financial service institutions would be a plus
• Good organizational skills to handle multiple projects while paying attention to details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and Data-driven
• Candidates with PMP and other relevant Certifications would be a plus
