Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance, repair, operations and upgrading works for ACMV works projects
- Assist in development and project process management
- Overseeing site installation works, supervision of sub-contractors and attend site meetings
- Possesses leadership, ownership and taking responsibility with the team for discussions on technical solutions
- Project construction management and safety management
- Preparation of construction drawings and completion documents
- Construction meeting and preparation with subcontractors
- Any other related projects to be assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent for BCA requirements
- Singaporean only
- Possess Class 3 driving licence and own a car if possible
- At least 2 years of air-con related experience
- Experience in ACMV project will be preferred
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin Speaking associate
