Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing and Production
- Position Title: Production Technician
- Working Location: Loyang (Company Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: 4 days a week, Mon-Sat, 12 hours shift, 8 to 8, Fixed permanent shift
- Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a group of leaders/operators to ensure smooth operations
- Achieve daily production schedules with minimal yield loss
- Motivate operational staff to achieve set targets

- NITEC / ITC / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline with minimum 2 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
