Position Summary

This role is responsible for defining the key product marketing strategies and executes action plans for MX (Mobile Experience) business to achieve the overall MX team business goals. This role will manage 2 PMs and will be responsible for the Tablets, Wearables & Accessories’ product lines.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Key KPIs for this role is to drive the market share, revenue targets, brand index and profit for MX business (Wearables, Tablets & Accessories).
  • Define the overall category portfolio & ranging strategy to achieve business goals.
  • Manage the mobile enhancement portfolio, product/ service lifecycle and pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and achieve market share leadership.
  • Lead a team of product managers and steer the team to achieve the business goals of mobile enhancements products.
  • Analyze competitors, market trends and identify gaps to grow market share for mobile enhancement.
  • Lead key mobile enhancement product go to market strategy development with key internal stakeholders from other functions.
  • Work closely with KAMs for development of strategic account plans, promotion plans to drive sell out and growth with key accounts.
  • Work closely with retail and marketing team to ensure channel coverage and marketing communications for mobile enhancement products are optimized.
  • Conduct product portfolio presentation to partners, media and consumers
  • Business development and synergistic collaboration with strategic external partners that can drive revenue or brand index.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant working experience
    in Product Marketing/Business development/Commercial Management
  • Have strong business acumen & analytical skills, proficient in deriving key insights from data sources
  • Good presentation skills and confident to present to top management
  • Must be a team player and able to deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Minimally 2 years in a leadership position
  • Experience in IT and Mobile industry is a plus
