Exceptional talents will be considered for an Assistant Manager role.The P & O Senior Executive is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process and procedures. S/he are involved in conducting orientation for new hires and facilitate the offboarding process. This talent will also assist with payroll management, so associates receive their salary accurately. This position requires engagement with internal stakeholders whereby communication is key.Scope of responsibility includes: P & O Management (including projects e.g. system migration, payroll system) Associate Onboarding Facilitate Onboarding Program and Off Boarding Payroll (Support Function) Leave Management Associate Engagement (Support Function) Learning & Development Performance ManagementConnect with us at [ Email address blocked ] if you posses the following: Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field. Minimally two years P & O (HR) experience in healthcare, FMCG or service industry. Prior payroll experience preferred. Independent, self-motivated, capable to meet tight timelines. Attention to details with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests. Positive, energetic team player who is a clear, concise communicator.
