Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to handle a simple full set of accounts
• Familiar with Xero accounting software is a plus
• Prepare quarterly GST filing
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Prepare customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Raise purchase orders to vendors
• Prepare journal entries
• Process expense claims
• Proceed payroll
• Prepare cash flow forecast, budgeting as required
• Work with Chartered Accountant
• Other duties as assigned
