Roles & Responsibilities

The Principal will be responsible in leading the team in the execution of professional duties and responsibilities to meet the curriculum and operations requirements of the school.

Requirement

• A recognised Bachelor degree from an approved institution, with Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership, or approved alternatives such as Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership and Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching or its equivalent
• Must have DPT
• L2 certified and
• Has at last 2 years teaching experience in early childhood setting
• Entry Level with Certificates are welcome to apply!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children;
• Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community;
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;
• Responsible for all government-related matters such as ECDA including renewing and maintaining of license;
• Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the school’s operation;
• Set educational standards and goals and help establish policies, procedures, and programmes to carry them out;
• Proactively review current policies, procedures and programmes and identify ways to improve the overall standard of the preschools and also future preschools which will be acquired by the Group.
• Organise school events to support cultural, festive events, racial harmony and green environment
• Actively promote the enrolment of students for the preschools;
• Any other duties related to the services offered by the Company that are not mentioned above.
