Job Descriptions
- Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one.
- Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and boarding for their flights.
- Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite.
- Checking tickets at entry point before admission.
- Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests, PSD guests, etc.
- Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points.
- Crowd control: ensure proper queue system.
- Rotating shift work is required.
- Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- N’ Levels and above
- Some customer service experience required
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant & outgoing disposition
