You’ll be exposed to key aspects of Administration and HR in the company.
This role will focus on office administration and includes a little mix of HR duties, where the responsibilities include maintaining records, ensuring office equipment is set up for employees, procuring office supplies, assisting in employee business travel, and HR activities etc.
- Be responsible for all office administration functions, such as arrangement for business travel, meeting rooms, pantry management, record keeping, stocktaking, bookkeeping, procuring office supplies and snacks, procuring employee gifts for personal and celebratory occasions.
- Communicate with staffs on administrative functions and office maintenance.
- Stay update with COVID-19 regulations, and ensure the office is compliant with the most updated regulations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report of office operation activities.
- Any other duties as assigned
- Degree / Diploma / Advanced / Higher in Business / Human Resource Management or equivalent working experience as a HR/Admin.
- Good knowledge of employment practices in Singapore.
- Good working attitude, honest, integrity, enthusiastic, able to grasp concepts quickly.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese associates.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office apps.
