Job Detail
Requirement
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
- Preferably with M&E coordinator certification.
- Min. 3 years relevant local experience in building construction.
Job Scope
– Working closely and meetings with the clients and consultants, coordinate with the sub- contractors and consultants.
- Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples. Supervise and monitor M&E work progress and quality.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between M&E, Structural and Architectural works and the contract provisions.
- Advise the Project Manager of all M&E matters, prepare M&E work schedule and update work progress. To look into the installation and maintenance of site facilities and temporary utilities.
- Preparation of combined services drawings and update records for as-built drawings and O&M manual.
