  • Have a game plan- Be crystal clear on what you want and celebrating your wins along the wayJob Description: Branding and Strategy Management Develop global brand assets & tools, to guide consistent creation of high-quality consistent brand experiences across markets and properties Develop platforms and processes to provide access and drive usage of brand assets & tools Create and drive marketing campaigns on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Monitor and review ongoing brand implementation and application Promote consistent, effective & efficient brand communication across all properties Analyse the latest market trends and conduct consumer research Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and brand managers’ development regionally Support and enable regional marketing teams’ marketing communications needs Drive customer and stakeholder engagement and relationships across social media, online and offline, integrating across multi-channels Create PR campaigns and toolkits for the region – think strategically while exercising creativity in creating campaigns collaterals Serve as the marketing communications team regionally without full in-market resourceBasic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent course of study Strong commercial understanding, with a highly analytic skillset and good knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools 1-3 years of relevant working experience will be preferred Proactive learner with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset Strong ability to think outside the box to develop practical solutions Self-motivated, result-oriented and energetic with a passion for succeeding Adaptable and passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the industry and fit the DNA of the company’s culture and working environmentAdditional PerksWe reward our employees with the “best in the industries” quarterly bonus and even reward performance beyond expectation.
