Job Detail

This role will report into the Director, Business Solution Team. He/she will provide and leverage solution expertise within the Route-to-Market (RtM) area, including Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA). Drive education, implementation and adoption of Business solutions in respective functional areas leveraging innovative technology to improve business outcomes while instilling and governing solution design templates that enables scalability and cost optimization across the Group entities. Assess suitable solutions from Global where applicable, lifting-and-shifting with minimal customization/changes unless absolutely necessary. Work with local Business Units (BU) IT Business Partners to ensure Business transformation agenda is understood, business solutions are ready to support existing operations, and solution roadmap and budget aligned to support future growth agenda. Build core capabilities of business solution expertise to support the deployment (i.e. projects) and maintenance/support of relevant business solutions, and where applicable, help IT team members (including external partners) to build understanding of Group business in order to offer right solution. Responsible for the building up the Newspage DMS structure for large scale enterprise, Integration process and operating of Newspage application with other core module of SAP and other system. Provides expertise and operation support in resolution of incidents and problems for relevant solution in functional area implemented within the APAC region, in partnership with Service Delivery Lead and especially solution vendors where applicable. Understand business processes and facilitate business requirements gathering to propose high-level solution, timeline, budget (both project and on-going support) ascertain priorities, necessity (e.g. of change request) in collaboration with IT Business partners, Business process owners, solution vendors and Service Delivery leads for projects and support of functional area. Review deliverables from AMS or SI vendors across support and project including functional specifications, system configuration and RICEF development or their equivalent where applicable within functional area to ensure right solution at right cost (effort), taking view of total cost of ownership. Drive proper transition from Project to Operations by partnership across Service Delivery Leads, Implementation vendors, Support partners and Business stakeholders. Support regional IT assessment/improvement initiatives and deliver proper documentation within functional area where applicable. Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.Job Specifications: Degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or its equivalent preferred. At least 7-10 years of regional implementation and/or operational support experience in implementing Distributor Management Systems &/or Sales Force Automation technologies and applications in FMCG and particularly in Food & Beverage sector Knowledge of latest technologies in Distributor Management Systems and Sales Force Automation across business processes, preferably in the FMCG industry and performing role as in-house Business Solution expert or SME. Demonstrated business partnering skills in driving business buy-in, and in application of such technologies in delivering business outcomes / benefits. Knowledge of other relevant areas such as integration to SAP ERP, as well as infrastructure and architectural design will be advantageous. Knowledge and/or experience in utilizing ITIL methodology, will be preferred. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and IT partners/vendors in remote locations to support project and operations (i.e. gone-live sustain/run) work. Ability to investigate incidents on the above-mentioned and resolving them independently or in collaboration with vendor where applicable. Should have good idea about mobility/ Sales force automation via handheld terminal (HHT), Beat Management, Order capturing via HHT. Analytics & Dashboarding: Should understand how to leverage data which is available at different platforms for Primary & secondary sales and come up with actionable insights. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and respect diversity. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills ‘to make things happen’. Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work under pressure under tight deadlines. Capable of organizing own workload independently, as well as a good team player. Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
