Altrad Services – Singapore

The Altrad group of companies has been active in Singapore since acquiring the Cape, Hertel, Kok Chang and FRP Products brand throughout the years. In this location the local business currently provides multiple services direct to blue chip clients across the Mechanical, Insulation, Scaffolding and Protective Coatings disciplines, and the addition of other core service capabilities is being targeted by this locally growing business. Currently, the business operates from a combined office and workshop premises in Jurong, with various site offices on Client sites from which its 1,500 Employees deliver our daily operations.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, the Logistic and Inventory Controller is to establish logistic and inventory control procedures including implementing a system for quick and easy retrieval of multiple documents. In this role, you will be the first contact person for all logistics and inventory pertaining to the head office, project, including monitoring delivery schedule, receiving, tracking and monitoring of inventory, logging database, generate document control reports, check the accuracy of transmittals.

Your day to day activities would include inventory control, update on systems use, respond to internal, external and ad-hoc documentation requests, ensuring that only authorised individuals have access to the documentation, process engineering/ procurement/ vendor documents. Also, assisting on daily office operation and attend to ISO audit.
