Job Detail
Principle Duties
- Marketing and leasing of portfolio of industrial properties under SPM
- Formulate marketing and leasing strategies, negotiate and conclude leases (new, renewal)
- Prepare leasing documents
- Formulate and conduct market research on rental prices
- Manage tenant relationship, including and not limited to creating common platforms for gathering/dialogue sessions
- Propose, implement, monitor and control the leasing plans, pricing and budgets
- Work with external parties including government agencies and obtain necessary approvals for leasing
- Ensure leasing details are promptly and accurately captured in Yardi System
- Work with Property Management Team to ensure all partition/infrastructure works are properly executed (where necessary) and properly handed over to tenant/s
- Cold-calling prospective tenants
- Maintain proper emails and relevant ‘paper’ trails on all offers and negotiations on proposed terms.
- Seeking relevant approval prior to reverting key commercial terms to prospective tenants
- Perform other duties that be assigned by the superior from time to time
