We are looking for a self-starter who can work with colleagues across functions to design and execute on a sales strategy for our Key Accounts i.e. our power users. This person will report to our Head of Growth in Singapore and drive sales conversion as well as customer retention for this customer segment. Customer acquisition will require demonstrating value in both the SaaS and Financing elements of the product. Over and above typical relationship manager duties, we expect them to provide feedback on customer requirements and pain points to inform our product roadmap.
What you will do:

  • Ownership of key accounts sales cycle
  • Create customized consultative proposals
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be responsible for customer experience
  • Cross-functional problem-solving
  • Customer insights for product roadmap
  • Ownership of Key Account targets
  • Focus on startups and digital segment

What we are looking for:

  • Prior B2B SaaS/Credit Card sales experience
  • Experience working in startup environment
  • A self-starter, who can work in an unstructured and fast environment
  • Able to engage C-level executives
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
