Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities: • Provide 1st level IT support• Installation & updating of software• Liaise with external vendors on IT related work• Purchase of IT hardware & software• Maintain proper documentation of IT• Attend to any other IT related matters• Performance Tuning for the system to ensure smooth operation.• Any other duties as assigned.Requirements: • Must be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.• Ability to balance day-to-day operations with administrative tasks.• Possess good technical and troubleshooting skills• Must be able to perform after-office hours work, if needed
