Job Description

• Position Title: Inside Sales Representative / Indoor Sales Representative
• Working Location: Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Occasionally physical visits/meetings with customers
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Upselling products and services.

• Training provided to inexperienced candidates.
• Prior experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position is preferred.
