Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: HR Executive (Recruitment/ Training)/ Recruitment & Training Executive
• Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
• Salary: Up to $3,600 + Meal Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner
• Assist in the job description, and job posting, liaise with recruitment agencies and direct to respective hiring managers for review
• Orientation for all new joiners
• Perform company-wide training administration
• Perform travel arrangement eg. booking of air ticket and travel insurance
• Verify invoices from vendors for their services provided for staff transport, staff taxi claims and subsidized meals from the canteen
• be tasked to assist in payroll duties if required
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum 1-year experience in performing the full cycle of recruitment and training administrative duties
