Job Detail

You will be part of a team of HR in steering HR direction and support to business excellence. You shall provide support in full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance appraisals, induction, exit clearance etc.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

  • Main point of contact and act as advisor and counsel to the business units on HR matters
  • Assist and participate in end to end recruitment process
  • Attend recruitment events to solicit interest from external talent pools
  • Manage external stakeholders and vendors involved in the sourcing and attraction of talent
  • Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g. LMS, MOM Surveys, etc.)
  • Support in appraisal and simulations
  • Review, recommend, implement and track recruitment, staff engagement, communication and recognition programs to support and resolve existing challenges
  • Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects and policies that aligned with business strategy and in compliance with government regulations
  • Support the management of workplace issues and grievances
  • Draft HR policies, procedures and develop communication toolkits
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding process for all staff (inclusive of orientation, exit chats)
  • To ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Periodic plan and arrange company’s events and teambuilding activities
  • Assist in the monthly payroll process
  • Provide support in preparation of weekly/monthly manpower related report
  • Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignment related to HR management from time to time


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • At least 2 years of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Team player with “can-do” spirits
  • Ability to interpret and give advice on the application of Employment laws
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
  • Experience in payroll processing will be added advantage
  • Prior experience in FnB industry will be added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice
