Job Detail

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll processing and administration
  • Provide consultative advice, support, engage and handle staff grievances and conduct management
  • Provide assistance on resolving conflicts and improve staff engagement
  • Handle recruitment process including on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Review policies and HR practices for relevance and compliance
  • Ensure timely, compliant and accurate payroll processing
  • Manage annual performance and salary review process
  • Maintain proper employee records in personnel files and HR system;
  • Handle foreign workers’ matters including Work Pass application/cancellation/renewals
  • Preparation of Letter of Offer, correspondence, memos and etcs
  • Handle insurance matters including liaising with insurance companies
  • Assist in HR policy review and implementation including updating of Employee Handbook and document all HR policies and changes
  • Handle grant applications
  • Ensure compliance to Employment Act legislation changes and keep abreast on HR trends to stay relevant
  • Liaise with external vendors on office supplies, maintenance, repairs, etc
  • Organize company’s event and support staff welfare initiatives
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned and given by superior


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative/ HR capacity
  • Ability to adhere to and meet due dates and objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
