Responsibilities :

Admin duties (50%)

  • Responsible for and the point of contact for day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Provide travel support which includes handling of travel arrangements, visas and accommodations
  • General upkeep and maintenance of office
  • Provide logistics support for visiting guests
  • Maintain smooth and efficient office operation including the procurement of equipment and supplies
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities and assets tracking
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

HR duties (50%)

  • Lead and manage the HR functions
  • Managing end-to-end responsibilities including driving HR operations, employee relations, learning & development, performance management and talent acquisition
  • Manage employees’ on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Administer payroll, employee stock plans, leave, insurance, and all other benefits
  • Coordinate and support the ISO certification/renewal on annual basis
  • Organization of workshop, events, team-bonding or/and any company related activities
  • Manage and be responsible for the day to day office management and facilities for Singapore office


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related fields with at least 5 years of experience in HR & admin
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Experience in a dynamic start-up environment and a great team player
  • Adaptable and can operate under minimal guidance and deal with ambiguity
  • Must have proven ability to manage projects, prioritize, and demonstrate efficiency
  • Can-do attitude, responsible, meticulous, energetic, flexible, independent
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice
