The team you’ll part of

The Customer Experience (CX) organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

The ambition of Enterprise Sales within CX organization is to grow faster than the market and develop premium margin revenue streams with a focus on disruption trends such as private wireless, Industrial automation, IoT, to unfold opportunities in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industries. It would also drive Nokia’s business in the Industrial and Government space with direct and indirect partner sales, including accountability for pre-sales, marketing, market services and building segment expertise. The team will also drive Nokia’s partnership, particularly the service provider as a partner channel, to jointly deliver digital platforms of the future enabled by 5G and beyond.

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

As the Head of Sales, Enterprise ASEAN, you will:

  • Be responsible for working with a team of Account Managers and Partner Sales Managers responsible for capturing new business while maximizing ongoing revenue from existing accounts. Some of these resources will be matrix-managed.
  • Identify priority customer targets and develop strategies to penetrate using a combination of direct touch and partner relationships.
  • Hold accountability for orders, sales and SVM according to agreed targets.
  • Ensure the highest degree of compliance with company policies and directives and statutory regulations.
  • Act as a champion for Enterprise ASEAN business by providing insight into current and future total addressable market (TAM), segment opportunities, emerging trends and specific customer needs. Hold responsibility for creating and maintaining the regional strategic plan with a 3-year window.
  • Support Nokia’s Governance frameworks by providing regular, timely and accurate reporting of customer and project status.
  • Create and maintain Strategic Account Plans for top customers.
  • Maintain executive relationships with key customers and external stakeholders. Provide an escalation path for critical operational issues.
  • For indirect business, direct the selection of the most appropriate channels and manage potential conflicts in coordination with the Channel and/or Distribution teams.
  • Create and maintain a list of key dependencies for business growth, including marketing support needs, product feature gaps and operational support requirements.
  • Take responsibility for end-user customer satisfaction.
  • Provide personal growth opportunities for team members and ensure their ideas and issues are listened to and shared where appropriate.

Your Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Minimum of 15 years working in ICT at senior technical and/or sales levels (at least 5 of which at senior management levels)
  • Detailed knowledge of the ICT market in ASEAN, including infrastructure requirements and regulatory environments.
  • Experience as CSO/CBT Head would be preferred
  • Proven track record of sales success in ASEAN.
  • Existing personal network covering Government and Enterprise end users, regulatory and planning bodies, system integrators/VARs and local industry groups.
  • Proven track record in leading sales or sales support teams.
