Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this associate will provide support to our portfolio managers throughout the whole investment lifecycle of managed funds.Key Responsibilities: • Assist with preparation of fund-raising marketing decks and organization of investor relations events/activities• Support investors’ onboarding (AML/KYC and AI status checks), subscription and redemption processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements• Liaise with both internal/external stakeholders and outsourced service providers on fund related transactions and investors’ requests follow-up.• Systematically manage and maintain all investor records and fund related documentation• Assist with preparation of regular funds updates (quarterly newsletter and NAV reports) to both internal stakeholders and investors• Assist with funds’ internal and external audits• Prepare meeting minutes and track follow up actions• Undertake administrative and enhancement projects as assigned from time to timeRequirements: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 1-2 years relevant working experience preferred, fresh graduates with relevant internship exposures can be considered as well Meticulous and detail-oriented Quick learner, adaptable and able to multitask Good communication skills, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent computer software skills, including Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe software Proactive and responsible Able to work independently and as a teamJob Highlights Closely knit team with flat company structure Immediate Hiring & Full-Time Permanent Job Role
