Organization & Role
The Teradyne Finance team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, focus on Accounts Payable function , financial management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts payable function for Singapore and Malaysia with the support from Shared Service center in Cebu include vendor payment , Travel & Expense reimbursement
- Preparation of payment reconciliation , bank reconciliation , Balance sheet reconciliation
- Preparation of Inter-company rebill and settlement
- Preparation of Monthly GL close Journal entries and Financial Reporting package
- Assist on quarterly GST compilation , Investment and cash flow funding and analysis , Internal control compliance, withholding tax and statutory survey .
- Robotic Process Application Project development
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Accountancy , 3-5 years General Accounting and Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in MS Excel , Accounting software , preferable Oracle
- A team player with good communication and inter personal skills
