Job Detail

The hiring company is a local brand communication firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results.They are currently looking to fill the position of Finance Manager. Primary responsibilities cover all aspects of financial management, financial accounting, budgeting, and corporate reporting.Responsibilities: Oversee daily finance operations Develop the finance team and delegate duties Collaborate with other head of departments to identify, measure, and manage organisational risks for improved performance Establish strong accounting processes and periodically review and improve existing processes to ensure compliance Collaborate with operations team, providing guidance on finance related matters advice (budgetary/spending) to operations team with the aim to achieve financial & business goals Identify ways to improve organisation financial efficiency, avoid overspending, implement cost cutting and to boost business profits Ensure timely and accurate month end closing Prepare monthly management report and consolidation package, and provide commentaries on key variances Preparation of annual financial statements Prepare annual budget and monthly rolling forecast Management of cashflow Liaise with external and internal auditors Review tax computations and liaise with tax agent to manage the tax filing process Handle Quarterly GST reporting Coordinator for ERP implementationRequirements: Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent) Hands on experience with full spectrum finance activities Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, laws, and any other compliance requirements High computer literacy, technically agile with numbers and is able to work independently Strong organisational skills, attentive to detail with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in a multitasking environmentInterested candidates are invited to send in your Resume in MS Word Format* stating your past work experience, reasons for each leave, past and expected remuneration.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.By submitting an application to us, you will be deemed to have agreed for us to collect, use, and disclose your personal data which you have submitted to your prospective employers, for the purpose of job search, and/or other services which you have consented us to perform on your .EA License Number: 19C9782EA Personnel Number: R2199602
