SummaryTo manage the operations of F & B outlets as well as the training needs of these departments And responsible for all administrative matters of the F&B Department.Job Specifications: Ensure and provide the service staff with a daily ‘Roll call’ before operations. Monitor and check the staff on job attitude, job performances, initiative, courtesy, and communication with other staff and members. Responsible for training and counseling staff in order to create a more caring working place of motivated employees and reduce staff turnover. Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant on health regulation standards. Accountable and responsible for providing constant training of service staff from time to time. Ensure all operating equipment is clean and properly handled. Check and account for setting the standards of service procedure and ensure they are adhered to constantly throughout the job training. Convey members’ inquiries, comments, and suggestions on the quality of food and beverages and services to the Executive Chef and F&B Manager. Ensure productivity and efficiency teamwork among staff. Responsible for all administrative work of the department. Keeping staff performance records. Scheduling and preparing staff duty roster. Produce a monthly forecast and sales analysis. Ensure a proper record of the inventory is carried out on a monthly basis. Perform duties with the F&B Manager on the monthly food promotions and coordinate on the food pricing and costing with the Chefs concerned. Perform other related duties as required by the F&B Manager from time to time. To check the sanitary appearance of staff on duties. To handle all complaints diplomatically. Ensure cohesiveness and co-operation among the staff with an aim to improve productivity. To understand the focus of the Club and prepare tangibles and intangibles to deliver Quality Service.Qualifications Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels with formal training in Hotel Management or equivalent or Culinary as an added advantage Minimum 2 years experience in all facets of F&B Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules 5 days work week (including weekends & Public Holidays)
