Job Detail

Purpose

To provide administrative support and coordination for the F&B and Kitchen teams to ensure that all administrative matters are taken care of accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Areas

  • To support F&B and Kitchen Teams in the day to day operations and administration.
  • To liaise with Banquet Sales Department pertaining to the needs and requirements of the customers as well as changes to function rooms.
  • To respond to all enquiries and confirmation of Café Lodge bookings.
  • To coordinate and communicate F&B and Kitchen related information to internal departments.
  • To assist in collateral and promotional materials.
  • To create and maintain proper filing system for the F&B and Kitchen.
  • To coordinate meet up with vendors/suppliers.
  • To assist on overtime, part-timers and petty cash claims.
  • To do market list together with Chef.
  • Prepare Daily Report and BEO for meetings for F&B Manager
  • To assist to take minutes for F&B and Kitchen Meetings
  • To perform any other duties as and when assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management
  • Min 2 years relevant experience
  • Good working knowledge of Opera would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
