AOX is a company that aims to go beyond. Although our main products are antioxidant alkaline water dispensers, our genuine interest is our customer’s health.

As we rapidly expand our company, we are on the hunt for a leader who will source opportunities, assemble, and manage a guerrilla sales team.

Sales are a crucial pillar of growth in any company. The sales team stands at the forefront as the face of our company, providing our customers the premium service standard they expect from our renowned brand.

For the role of Exhibition & Road Show Team Lead, we require a person who has the confidence to operate independently with solid people management skills.

The person we are looking for will help us exceed our sales goals, drive customer engagement, and build better relationships. We’re seeking someone passionate about helping others and promoting a healthy lifestyle with the help of AOX products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Independently seek and acquire new road show and exhibition opportunities
  • Adequately motivate his team through realistic, but ambitious KPIs and interpersonal relations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Train and motivate the team to achieve their sales target consistently.
  • Process sales order forms accurately
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. promotions, marketing activities)

Requirements

  • Proven sales work experience
  • Proven capability in team management
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Solid communication, interpersonal skills, and confidence
  • Strongly self-motivated
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in English
  • Must possess valid class 3/3A driving license
  • Having own vehicle is an advantage
  • Any prior experience with water dispensers is an advantage

Basic Salary – $2000-$2300 plus Commission (Individual & Project-Based), Incentives and

Transport allowance
