Job Detail

Position Purpose

To deliver great employee experience by being your best and making a difference through teamwork.

  • Responsible for supporting Human Resource department in payroll, system and data management of employees.
  • Provide timely administration support on HR matters, processes and policies to all stakeholders.
  • Support in the implementation of policies, digital processes and C&B program.
  • Continuous improvement in HR system and processes.

PAYROLL

  • Perform daily payroll operations
  • Process fortnightly payroll cycles for employees
  • Update data and information accurately for all employees
  • Ensure all queries are proactively responded to within 48 hours from/to operations, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Responsible for statutory payment submissions, such as CPF, government grants, IR8A, IR21 & NS claims
  • Submit Government Paid Leaves (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit reports such as reconciliation and compliance reports
  • Ensure compliance with policies and legislation
  • Resolve any discrepancies in payroll
  • Any other admin/payroll duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Support in HR/Payroll projects whenever necessary
  • Other projects as assigned.

Digitalization, Contract, report, Record Maintenance and Execution

  • Play an active role in executing HR digitalization journey.
  • Administer, maintain accurate and up Io date employee records for contracts, database in the system and personal files.
  • Uphold the PDPA and integrity of the HR system and data.
  • Prepare accurate reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement, defining processes and results within the department.
  • Other project as assigned.

People and Training

  • Assist in training and coaching of team or as assigned.
  • Work with supervisor, team members and inter-departments in establishing goals and objectives.
