Job Description
- Responsible for all major electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Lead a team of technical executives/technicians for troubleshooting works
- Manage the purchase of major supply and repair items alongside with supervision and execution of preventive and condition monitoring of major electrical equipment
- Handle hands-on preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work
- Coordination with clients and sub-contractors to meet the site/project requirements
- Carry out rectification of faults within a specified time
- In-charge of troubleshooting of M&E system
- Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities
- Responsible for project cost control and service standards
- Any other ad hoc duties assignedJob Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or other equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
- Technical knowledge of M&E systems (including, but not limited to, fire protection systems, AV systems and ACMV systems) will be an added advantage
- Able to perform shift work if required
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
